Polymer Shutters
CWD Elite Shutters are made from a water-resistant, engineered polymer extrusion using only high quality virgin powder derived from Taiwan. The extrusion withstands high temperatures, making this shutter the ideal choice for Australia’s harsh environment.
Every panel is co-extruded with metal inserts for strength and durability and constructed with high strength joints. All frames are assembled with tough nylon keys and metal screws, which means the shutter won’t sag, split, crack or warp. A claim we stand by with our fully transferable 25 year warranty.
Available in a wide range of modern flat stile and frame options as well as traditional beaded choices and with 7 modern paint colours to choose from.
The 64mm, 89mm or 114mm louvres close both upward or downward into the “Euro-close” top and bottom rail system, which provides you with maximum flexibility for control of light and air flow.
Shutters are available in hinged or bifold hinged panels with non-mortise hinges, track bifold and sliding shutters, and a variety of special shapes.
Internal Aluminium
CWD Elite Indoor Aluminium Shutters are the newest concept in indoor shutters. Made from an internal strength aluminium extrusion that withstands high temperatures, these shutters exceed current industry standards in panel widths for polymer or timber shutter panels. A luxurious internal product to suit wide expanses of glass, or any common window or door where maximum views are required.
The satin finish powdercoat is cosmetically appealing, making these the clever choice for internal applications. They look just like painted timber or polymer shutters but without the upkeep or the weight of polymer panels. We have 6 on-trend paint colours with custom colour option.
The modern flat stile and frame design compliments any contemporary home. Engineered for strength, all panels and frames are constructed with high grade aluminium for ultimate durability to withstand Australia’s extreme environment. Backed with fully transferrable 25 year warranty.
External Aluminium
CWD External Aluminium shutter panels are constructed with stainless steel hardware as standard for ultimate durability and come with fully transferrable 15 year warranty.
Our external aluminium range is available with the traditional beaded stiles and frame options, with 89mm or 114mm louvres finished in one of 4 modern DULUX solvent-free, high gloss paint colours, with the ability to custom paint to your liking.
We can also fix louvre locks, panel locks, flush bolts, dual tilt rods and fly screens. Other options include fixed or operable louvres for privacy and angled shapes.
Available in hinged or fixed panels, with the option to slide or bifold panels in clear anodized tracks with heavy-duty stainless-steel wheel carriers and bottom guides.
